When you arrive you will be offered a refreshing warm drink and slices of home made cake. Sue bakes every week and cake and scone recipes are available on request. 

A four course evening dinner is available if booked in advance at a cost of £12.50 per head. The dinners are varied and are based on what is available locally at the time. A typical dinner might be:

Sweet potato and butternut squash soup

Raspberry sorbet

Home made meat and potato pie
Seasonal vegetables

Rhubarb crumble

Tea/coffee

During the illuminations we will be serving a traditional Lancashire Hot Pot supper with red cabbage, Parkin cake and a mug of something warm to keep you going on a chilly night. This will replace the evening dinner. Again this can be booked in advance at a cost of £5.00 per head.
